It's Professional To… Perform Without Burning Out
The Armenian Professional Society launches its new series "It's Professional To…" with an interactive workshop on burnout, stress, and emotional resilience in the workplace, led by Dr. Alique Bedikian and Dr. Ploy Tantana of Inner Wave Therapy. Held at The Derby Room at the Glen Arden Club in Glendale, CA.

A monthly workshop in Glendale dedicated to Armenian folk songs (parerger), organized by the Ararat folk song and dance group in collaboration with the Armenian Arts Center. Participants sing together and then dance in a circle; no prior singing experience is required.
Teen Night Out: Teen Driver Safety!
A teen driver safety workshop in Glendale where teens can speak directly with Glendale Police Department officers, California Highway Patrol officers, and Armenian Bar Association attorneys about safe driving and responsible decisions. Held at the Pacific Community Center.

NAMI Glendale hosts Surj & Paint, a relaxed painting session with Armenian coffee at Verdugo Park in Glendale. No painting experience is needed; canvases and brushes are provided.
